PRS joins the Packing and Packaging Innovation Cluster
Plastic Repair System 2011 SL has recently joined the Packaging Innovation Cluster, with the aim of generating synergies with other companies through innovation, cooperation and internationalization; with the integration of the entire value chain.
Through this adhesion, PRS wants to bring its ERT repair service such as boxes, containers and plastic pallets closer to new customers, so that they can benefit from significant economic and CO2 savings. Thanks to this Circular Economy opportunity offered by Plastic Repair, its customers are able to both save plastic and reduce their carbon footprint. One more step towards sustainability, which is undoubtedly one of the pillars on which the next business strategies will be based, especially in the area of logistics and transport.
The Cluster is formed by 70 members. Among them, manufacturers of container and packaging stand out in all their materials (plastic, paper-cardboard, metal, glass and wood) as well as companies in their value chain, transformers, equipment manufacturers and recycling companies.
Plastic Repair System project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No nº 880032
