PRS obtains ISO 22000:2018 food safety certification.

This certification guarantees the safety of the plastic welding wire that PRS manufactures for the repair of plastic containers used in the food industry, such as boxes, pallets, RPCs, etc.

Plastic Repair System (PRS), a multinational company specialized in repair, maintenance and adaptation of returnable transport packaging (RPCs), such as pallets, crates, honeycombs, containers, etc., has obtained ISO 22000:2018 certification on food safety.

ISO 22000 is the general and internationally recognized standard for management systems in the food industry. With ISO 22000:2018 certification, the quality and safety of food is guaranteed throughout the entire production chain. From primary producers to transport companies, subcontractors, food manufacturers and the retail trade.

This certification endorses the safety of the plastic welding wire that PRS manufactures for the repair of plastic packaging used in the food industry such as boxes, pallets, RPCs, etc.

The ISO 22000:2018 has been certified by the OCA Global Group and is added to the other certifications PRS already has: the ISO 14001:2015 on environmental management criteria; the ISO 9001:2015, on quality management systems; and the ISO 14067:2018, on the calculation of the Carbon Footprint (greenhouse gas emissions).
